We are a small volunteer run charity and so it may take longer than usual for us to respond during busy periods. Orders will usually be dispatched within 5 working days by Royal Mail, and for International Orders will be handed over to the relevant domestic postal service in the destination country.
If you would prefer to have the order shipped by courier (eg UPS, FedEx) rather than the postal service, then please contact the shop at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order and we can then supply you with a costing. This is particularly important if the domestic postal service is unreliable in your country or the delivery address is remote and unlikely to be served by the domestic postal service.
POSTAGE / DELIVERY CHARGES:
These can be calculated in advance on the Shop page by entering the Post Code / Zip Code and the delivery options will be displayed. Please note that the costs will be for postal services only, if you would prefer that a courier is used then please see above.
Note that for International Orders, including those to EU countries, delays may occur for Customs checks. Sometimes these can take weeks, so please allow sufficient time for the items to arrive before the commencement of your Pilgrimage.
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, including orders sent to EU countries. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
If your domestic postal service is unreliable in your country or the delivery address is remote and unlikely to be served by the domestic postal service and a courier (UPS, FedEx) would need to be used then please contact email@example.com before placing an order.
REFUNDS & RETURNS:
Whilst the vast majority of orders are dispatched and received without any problems, occasionally issues do arise. Please ensure that plenty of time is allowed between placing an order and your departure. We will be unable to refund an order if there is insufficient time.
Should an order/item not arrive, or arrive damaged then please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the issue.
