As a Not For Profit organisation, we use the profits from shop sales to promote the Confraternity and the Via Francigena to a wider world.

Shipping to the USA has been temporarily suspended until the Royal Mail in the UK has worked out the details for shipping to the USA under the new customs rules. We will resume shipments as soon as possible (26 August, 2025)

For customers in South Africa, please contact us at shop@pilgrimstorome.org.uk to place an order. We have a volunteer based in South Africa with stock of credentials and badges to ensure the items will reach pilgrims.

For customers in Europe, post-Brexit, we are finding that orders shipped from the UK are being severely delayed and customs charges are irregular and expensive. We now ship credentials and cloth badges only to the EU from a distributor in Ireland. To place an order for credentials and badges, please email: shop@pilgrimstorome.org.uk.
